ABOUT BRONNIE
Bronnie Ware had a thirst for experiencing life from the moment she was born. As a child, she was the black sheep in the family and insisted on playing every single sport available, much to the exhaustion of her beautifully patient mother. She also spent a great deal of her early childhood climbing up to the highest stacked bales in the hay shed to lay there dreaming.
As a teenager, when she wasn't off playing sports she was hiding from the world at the top of her favourite tree, sneaking outside in the middle of the night to stargaze, or wandering paddocks of her parent's sheep farm with her dog. At times she was also seen riding her horse bareback to neighbour's farms, simply to drop in for a chat.

Bronnie has lived a nomadic existence for most of her adult life. As a result, countless roads have felt her footsteps and she has met thousands of wonderful people. From dusty outback, endless stretches to chaotic city streets, she has walked them all. Bronnie is a great observer and has acquired a perception of life that offers both clarity and wisdom.
Her working life has been as interesting as her geographical life. Growing vegetables in the deserts of the Middle East (teaching fellow workers John Denver songs as they toiled), mixing cocktails on a tropical island (dreaming she was Tom Cruise in that movie), bank manager (not a good one ... wanted to give loans for emotional reasons to people starting flower farms ... even if they couldn't afford it), cook (a fabulous cook of her own styles but not a great person to employ for a standard menu ... unable to stick to any recipe that hinders creativity or involves animals), corporate office girl (struggled with no windows, no fresh air and the fact that there was a whole day happening out there without her ... also tuned out whenever the word 'Sales' was mentioned), waitress (not a good one ... enjoyed chatting with the diners too much and kept forgetting their orders ... she remembered their children's names though) and lots of other interesting stuff.
Bronnie finally found her way to her life's work through writing and photography, which interestingly led to songwriting, performing and teaching. She has set up a songwriting program in a women's prison and has an online combined songwriting/personal growth course. Bronnie is also growing as a speaker.
But it wasn't all as glamorous, although it was adventurous. Her emotional healing has been a long but rewarding journey.
Learning to create her own miracles Bronnie has turned her life around. This has come through meditation, making conscious choices, compassion, and especially through faith, including faith in herself. Even when strength seemed gone forever, life in its loving, amazing, and inexplicable ways has always managed to keep her moving forward.
Sleeping hungry and cold on city streets, she also found herself with an overflowing pantry, sleeping snug in a harbourside mansion within a same week. Contrast has often accompanied Bronnie's journey. Growing up on a sheep farm steered her towards an animal free diet. Vegetarian life has suited her greatly for twenty years, including vegan life for the last ten and ongoing. While nursing the dying she was also working with newborn babes at a mother's centre, experiencing the whole spectrum of life. And despite being fed fear and doctrine via medical opinions, Bronnie chose to heal herself of serious illness coming through with flying colours and new insights into herself.
Through all of this and more Bronnie has found strength and true happiness. Always honouring who she is, she walks where her path has guided. While her mind often could not fathom any possible way through, her heart always insisted she must.
Continuing to believe in everyone, her philosophies include that we are all deserving and capable of becoming good people, doing satisfying and enjoyable things, and finding our own true peace within. Bronnie has stayed gentle and never loses faith in people or in their capacity to grow and to find their own wisdom.
It is through the eyes of her diverse life experiences so far that Bronnie is able to share her insights and beautiful thoughts with you.
